Refund policy
CUSTOM NATURE OF PRODUCTS:
Each item from The Snow Collective is hand-drawn and unique. Because of the custom, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items in original condition.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
WRONG ITEM SHIPPED:
If we sent you the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll send the correct item at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
LOST PACKAGES:
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with USPS to locate it or send a replacement.
CANCELLATIONS:
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before we begin creating your item. After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as we may have already started work.
